This high-rise concept explores a gently twisting form, with each floor rotated by a small angle relative to the one below. Building on an architectural approach seen in earlier modernist towers, the design introduces a parametric façade that gives the building a distinctive contemporary identity.
At ground level, a recessed base creates space for entrances, shops and other commercial uses. The upper floors accommodate residential and office spaces.
Greenery is integrated into the architecture through façade-mounted planters and a rooftop landscape that includes trees. Vertical elements extend above the roofline, complementing the building’s silhouette while also serving as masts.
